4/4 gallery is within the Tamar Valley which is a less well-known part of Cornwall nestled between two counties and within an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It is full of history and evidence of mining, market gardening and Celtic mystery.
“I have never seen so many natural beauties in such a limited spot as I have seen here.” JMW Turner said of his time in the Tamar Valley at the beginning of the 19th century. And it is still full of lovely places to visit and home to many talented artists.
